Answer: The RFP posted to the City of Benton Harbor’s website states: “All questions must be in writing and received by 5:00pm on May20, 2021.”
Question: The RFP requests a “Review and recommend revisions to all 32 sections of the Charter of the City of Benton Harbor.”
Answer: The RFP posted on the City of Benton Harbor’s website, page 1 under Scope of Work is amended to read as follows: “Review and recommend revisions to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Benton Harbor.”
Question: Is there an established project budget?
Answer: The submitted RFP should reflect the fair and customary costs commensurate with the work to be done and not the City’s projected budget.
Topic: The City of Benton Harbor is requesting sealed bids for the CDBG Sidewalk Improvements. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Benton Harbors Clerk’s Office located at 200 E. Wall Street, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 until Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time.
